Take a Screenshot of all of the pages of the form and email it to us at travelers@firstpropertysolutions.net
We contact you to go through with the screening process.
We will send you an invitation so you can complete the screening through the third-party website. This comprehensive screening has a cost of $24.95.
Once we review your application and have your screening results, we’ll get back to you with our decision.
If accepted, we’ll proceed to draft up the lease for signing.
We ask for the following Move-in Costs (due at lease signing):
Security Deposit: half a month’s rent
Cleaning Fee (non-refundable): $140.00
Pet Deposit (non-refundable): $200.00
1st months Rent
Hold Deposit: A deposit of half of one month’s rent will be required to hold the home if the lease signing is more than a week after being accepted.

Submit a Maintenance Request in a Few Clicks
For Non-Emergency Requests please fill out the maintenance form below. All requests must be submitted by written notice. Text messages or emails to FPS Employees, Contractors, Sub Contractors, or Assistants will not be considered a request.

ONLINE RENT COLLECTION THROUGH APARTMENTS.COM
Send payments directly from your bank account or for a small fee with your debit or credit card (2.75% fee).
2. PAYING RENT THE OLD-SCHOOL WAY
Send the envelope a minimum of 7 business days before the day you want it to arrive. Make sure to label the envelope correctly and use the stamp required. Only Cashier’s Checks & Money Orders are accepted. DO NOT SEND CASH!
You can mail in Cashier's Checks or Money Order to:

Envelop, Send picture & Drop Off. DO NOT DROP OFF CASH!
When you have Money Order or Cashiers Check ready, put them in an envelope and make sure to label them with your name, property, and unit number.
Take a picture of the Money Order or Cashiers Check and send it to travelers@firstpropertysolutions.net with your name, property, and unit number.
Last and easiest step is to drop the envelope on the Black drop box on the left of the property.
