Change Order Request

Change orders: No change orders or contract additions may be made unless agreed to in writing by the Client and Contractor.  This includes but is not limited to alterations, additions, or small changes made in the work or the method of performance. If any additional work is performed and not covered in this Agreement, the Contractor proceeds at the Contractor’s own risk and expense and hereby waives any rights to reimbursement or contribution from the Client, in addition to waiving any other rights that may become available to the Contractor to be compensated for the additional work.

Órdenes de cambio: No se podrán realizar órdenes de cambio ni adiciones al contrato a menos que el Cliente y el Contratista lo acuerden por escrito. Esto incluye, entre otros, modificaciones, adiciones o pequeños cambios realizados en el trabajo o en el método de ejecución. Si se realiza algún trabajo adicional y no está cubierto en este Acuerdo, el Contratista procede por su cuenta y riesgo y por la presente renuncia a cualquier derecho de reembolso o contribución del Cliente, además de renunciar a cualquier otro derecho que pueda estar disponible para el Contratista ser compensado por el trabajo adicional.
